About Us
Zenesis Limited was formed in 1996 as a partnership between three highly experienced IT professionals with a common interest in solving real-world problems with cost-effective bespoke solutions.
At the time that the company was formed, the directors had been working together as team leaders of a project for a large retailer (Europe's largest independant retailer) and the company became the official incorporation of the directors as a discrete, consultative entity.
Zenesis Limited took over the development project and provided technical support for replacing the entire IT infrastructure at our customer; our client's only other major software providers are Microsoft (for Windows and Office) and Sage (for the Accounts package). Our software continues to provide contact management, product & promotion management, sales analysis, accounts integration, EDI, inhouse awards, bonuses, and levy calculations, in addition to the next generation of software provisioning: the extranet. Our customer's IT systems integrate with systems and individuals from 300 outside suppliers and 2,600 outlets.
In addition, we have worked for government bodies, registered charities, and a range of small and medium business and in doing so we have established a history of price competative, high quality service and products. We have a number of references which can be provided on request.
We are understandably proud of our achievements to date - especially having received reviews from an external business analysis agency which estimates our total cost to our client as significantly below normal expectations.
