International Domain Name Registration

Where Zenesis registers domain names on your behalf, all domain names purchased which are not .uk are governed by the TUCOWS Registration Agreement, a copy of which can be found here. For .uk domain names please refer to our Nominet Terms and Conditions for .uk domain names.

When you purchase a domain name through us, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Zenesis Limited AND Tucows.com Co. and possibly other governing entities including ICANN; the TUCOWS Registration Agreement and the ICANN Policy documents explain this in detail.

In practice, this has little or no effect on your normal business in that given that you are law abiding and not infringing anybody's rights (including but not limited to trademarks, etc) then you should have no problem with them or with us. If you have any doubts or questions regarding your rights, you should address them to a solicitor. While we believe Tucows.com Co.'s contracts and ICANN's policy to be safe and reasonable, we accept no liability for your interpretation of the contract(s) or for their applicability.

Complaints and Contacts

You may move your domain name to another registrar at any time without cost; you must put your request in writing and allow at least 15 working days notice for the transfer to occur.

You must give us at least 5 working days notice from receipt of the complaint to respond.
